​I am the heart behind Girl Friday Kingston, a senior companion service dedicated to bringing connection, comfort, and care to older adults.​

I've been living and working in Kingston for over 30 years, spending most of my career as a fundraising and community relations professional. ​

I love building authentic relationships and helping others!
With a genuine passion for working with seniors, I started this service to make a meaningful difference in their daily lives. Whether it’s sharing a conversation over coffee, going for a walk, helping with errands, or just being there to listen, I believe that companionship is one of the most powerful forms of care.

I bring several years of experience in elder care along with a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges that come with aging. My approach is built on respect, patience, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel valued, safe, and supported.
